Zacapa No. 23's balance of delicate and unique flavours comes from a blend of aged rums from the "Solera System" ageing process. Zacapa No. 23 is aged in selected casks that previously aged robust American whisky, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximénez wines, creating a smooth and balanced rum. Zacapa No. 23 rum is served neat, on the rocks or in your favourite black liquor cocktail.
