Pinot Grigio with a typical copper colour, obtained by maceration on the skins. Its fine perfume and delicate nose reveals floral nuances. The taste is harmonious, delicately dry with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste. A wine for all meals, excellent with light first courses, white meats, seafood and fish in general, fresh cheeses.
