PRODUCTION Vinification with temperature controlled maceration at 26°- 28°C. After MLF, ageing in French tonneaux for at least 8 months.
COLOUR Intense red with violet reflections.
MOUTH: Very intense aromas reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry, cocoa and liquorice.
FLAVOUR Round, smooth wine, with a final persistence that tends towards the aromatic.
