Very deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections; complex aroma with hints of ripe red fruit, plum jam, vanilla and cocoa. In the mouth it reveals a robust and velvety body, with a lingering finish with notes of chocolate. It goes well with traditional Apulian dishes; meats with savoury condiments, roasts and well-ripened cheeses.
