Glenmorangie Bacalta es una edición limitada de la serie Private Edition de Glenmorangie, lanzada en 2017. Su nombre, Bacalta, significa «horneado» en gaélico escocés, y hace referencia al proceso de maduración especial que se utilizó.
Este whisky destaca por haber sido madurado en barricas de vino Malvasía Madeira, que fueron tostadas al sol antes de ser utilizadas. Glenmorangie seleccionó y preparó estas barricas especialmente para este whisky, buscando crear una expresión rica y afrutada.
