Turquoise blue colour, representing the waters of the Balearic Islands, which has this unique tonality in its seas thanks to the Posidonia oceanica, an endemic marine plant that is only found in this region of the world. Complex aromas dominated by juniper, on a background of citrus and herbal notes. Powerful, full-bodied entry, dominated by juniper. On the palate the citrus and herbal notes perceived on the nose emerge leaving a very refreshing sensation.
