ALCOHOL 12,5% vol.
WINE MAKING Brief cryomaceration of the skins in a gentle press followed by cleaning of the must by flotation of the sediment with nitrogen. Fermentation is thermo-controlled at 15ºC and stopped at 12.5% vol. alcohol with cold and tangential filtration. Refining in steel with periodic suspension of the lees with carbon dioxide injection.
COLOUR Light pink wine with violet reflections.
FRAGRANCE A delicious blend of fresh fruit and white flowers intoxicates the sense of smell.
TASTE Conquers the palate with vivacity.
