ALCOHOL 12,5% vol.
ELABORATION Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24°-28°C. After MLF, refining in American oak barrels for at least 3 - 6 months.
COLOUR Very elegant red wine.
FRAGANCE Intense aroma, with fruity notes of ripe plums, cherry jam and hints of cocoa, slightly spicy with a finish that gives hints of vanilla.
TASTE Smooth and rich in ripe tannins.
