Browsing our website makes you a user, and that implies that you agree with what you read here. If something doesn't suit you, feel free to contact us before proceeding.
We ask you to use the site in a respectful way, both with the content (texts, images, brands...) and with the functionalities. And of course, you can count on us for
any questions! When you place an order, you will receive an email with all the details. This confirmation will serve as your receipt until you receive the invoice with your order.
3. Products and prices
In our shop you will find a wide range of products with descriptions, prices and estimated delivery times. Please note that the images of the products may be indicative. The labels, shapes, styles and formats of the bottles may be subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. If at any time we detect an error, we will inform you before sending your order so that you can decide how to proceed.
5. Shipping
We currently deliver only to Mallorca.
- Standard shipping: €8.99 (incl. VAT)
- Free shipping on orders over 199 € (except special or heavy products).
6. Secure payment methods
You can pay conveniently with your credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payment is immediate and 100% secure. Problems with payment? The order will be cancelled automatically, but you can always try again or contact us.
7. Availability and fast delivery
We are committed to preparing your order with care and speed.

(We do not count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays as working days) If something is not available, we will let you know immediately to find the best solution with you.
8. Returns and exchanges
Important: We cannot accept exchanges or returns of drinks as they are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons; nor of personalised products such as batches or hampers, as they are goods made to the consumer's specifications and clearly personalised. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
9. Guarantee
All our products have the legal guarantee in force. We work with reliable suppliers so that you can buy with total peace of mind.
